E-commerce software
WooCommerce
Our online store was developed using WooCommerce software. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services is shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have entered into with them, WooCommerce is obligated to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services.
WooCommerce Hosting
Our online store was developed using WooCommerce software, and we have chosen Strato for our web hosting. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. Strato has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Under the agreement we have with them, Strato is obligated to implement appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are performed to prevent data loss.
Office 365
We use Office365 for our regular business email communications. Office365 has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Office365 does not have access to our inbox, and we treat all our email communications as confidential.
Payment processors
Pay.nl
We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Pay.nl processes your name, address, and place of residence, as well as your payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the event of a request for deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with deferred payment service providers.
All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the components of
Pay.nl’s services for which it engages third parties. Pay.nl does not retain your data for longer than permitted by law.

We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address, and city of residence, as well as your payment details, such as your bank account or

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to ask for clarification regarding your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. When you place an order with us, it is our responsibility to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out these deliveries. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Bol.com
We sell (some of) our products through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order through this platform, Bol.com shares your order and personal data with us. We use this data to process your order. We treat your data confidentially and have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

We use your data exclusively for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.
